Do you offer in-person sessions?

No. At this time, BeWell Psychology provides telehealth sessions only. This allows clients to access therapy conveniently and privately from their own space.

How often will I need sessions?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum. Over time, the frequency can shift to every other week or monthly, depending on progress and personal needs.

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is about getting to know you, your goals, and your challenges. Dr. Burdzy will ask questions, listen carefully, and work with you to create a treatment plan designed specifically for you.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapy sessions are completely confidential within the limits of the law. Your privacy and trust are top priorities.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes, BeWell Psychology is currently accepting new patients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with flexible scheduling options.

How long does therapy last?

The length of therapy varies by individual. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on a specific issue, while others find ongoing sessions helpful for deeper work and long-term growth.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What if I’ve never been to therapy before?

That’s completely okay! Many people feel nervous at first. Therapy is simply a safe space to talk, reflect, and build tools to improve your mental health. You set the pace, and Dr. Burdzy will guide you with care.
